Federal Court Rules Redbox Can Pursue Antitrust Suit Against Universal Studios Home Entertainment
The United States District Court for the District of Delaware announced today that it has denied Universal Studios Home Entertainment's motion to dismiss the antitrust lawsuit filed by redbox.
